Dejan Radenkovic is the founder of InnovAgile.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience, 10 years in IT project management in the web sector and 10 years in training, advice and coaching.

He has trained several thousand people in project management, agility and the use of Microsoft Project management software.

Having mainly worked on traditional project management methods (“V-cycle” type) since the start of his career, the discovery of agile methods in 2009 was a real revelation. Convinced of its effectiveness on both the human and organizational aspects, he integrated agile practices into traditional methods of project management. He supports companies today in their transformation projects and agile training.

Dejan is CPMA (Certified Project Management Associate) certified by IPMA and CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) by the Scrum Alliance. He holds a CESI general engineering diploma and a specialized ITMP (Technological Innovation and Project Management) master’s degree issued by the ESIEE.
